Why Vietnam

A practical route to a medical degree

For Indian students, Vietnam combines English-medium teaching, NMC-compliant programs and annual tuition from $4,100.

01

Direct partner applications

Grad Pathways works directly with these universities, so your application does not pass through a chain of middle agents.

02

NMC and WHO approved

The partner programs meet NMC guidelines, including the required 12-month internship, and graduates can sit FMGE or NExT.

03

Tuition from $4,100

Annual tuition starts at $4,100, which can cost far less than a private medical college in India.

04

Early clinical training

Students train in busy hospitals and see tropical disease patterns that are also common in India.

05

A familiar daily routine

Campus housing, living costs of about $150 a month and Indian mess facilities make the move easier to plan.

Partner universities

Eight universities. Different ways to train.

All eight offer English-medium programmes that meet NMC requirements. What changes is the clinical access, teaching style and hospital network. Those differences matter when choosing where to spend six years.
